It doesn't get busy until after midnight. The music is good though. The drinks are only $5. The bartenders are fast. The bathrooms are clean and the dance floor is big. The nice thing about Union Jacks is that you don't have to dress up too much. Also, the parking garage is attached to the mall, so if it's cold or raining it doesn't matter.
Every Friday and Saturday they have a "Dance Party" starting at 9pm. Just please, whatever you do, don't get there that early unless you plan on drinking all night. People don't really start dancing until 12am.
